REQUIREMENTS FOR CALECO GOURMET CONCESSIONS SET UP.

SPACE SIZE: Our full set up requires a minimum of 20' width and 14 ft. depth.

SPACE SIZE: Our minimum space requirement for a limited menu is 10' width and 12 ft. depth. This would mean a limited menu

ELECTRIC: We require 50 amp 220 V service to our box. Currently we have no 220 v. equipmemt

WATER: Potable water will be required into the set up for heating water etc.

STOCK TRUCK: We require a single 110 V 20 amp. service for the stock truck for freezers. Also truck needs to be in a reasonably close proximity to the booth for restocking.
