Our normal set up requires 20 ft. of frontage and at least

15 ft. of depth. We can work with smaller areas, but it can be difficult and affect our menu offerings.

We require 220V 50 amp electrical, 110 20V electric for stock truck in close proximity to the booth.

Of course potable water and gray water disposal is needed.

Using a limited menu, we can also operate in a 15 ft. frontage as well as a 10 ft. frontage
set-up. The menu would be smaller of course. We can also operate a smaller set-up
with 110V 20 electric as long as we have several receptacles.
