Caleco Gourmet

Below are letters of reference for our business from festival promoters.

To whom it may concern,

CALECO GOURMET CONCESSIONS

The Calentine's have been a big draw at out festival for 10 years. People look forwarded to the food they bring. From their huge battered deep fried tenderloin, to the best fried rice anywhere. Chris also makes Tempura, a mixture of onion and sweet potatoes deep fried in a special batter. People were afraid to try it at first, but once they did they can't wait till they come back the next year. Everything Chris makes is up to standard and beyond. Chris and Tae always arrive on time and have their area set in a neat and orderly fashion. One thing about our festival is the Broad of Health always inspects the food area and Caleco Concessions always passes with flying colors. I know I never have to worry about Chris and the quality of his food. You can tell Chris really cares about his business and the people he serves. I don't ever remember anyone ever complaining about Chris' food. He gives you quality food for your money. People always ask as the festival date approaches each year if Chris & Tae will be back. When people come every year to your festival and bring their friends to try Caleco Gourmet
Concessions that alone is a great recommendation of the service, food, and business practices of Chris and Tae Calentine.

To whom it may concern,

This is to affirm that the Caleco Food vendor has been a participant at our festival for the last five years. We have been happy to have them and have nothing but good reports concerning their friendliness, cooperation and quality of their product.

I would encourage you to include them in your event as they have been an asset to us.

Sincerely,

To Whom it may concern,

There are four major ingredients to a good festival: good weather, good music, cold drinks, and good food. We can’t do much about the weather but at the Kalamazoo Blues Festival the others are carefully planned. After trying Caleco Gourmet Concessions we found a perfect match. They do everything from Midwest tenderloins to Southern etouffee’ and will customize their menu to balance the festival offerings. The proof, of course, is in the sales and Caleco continues to be one of our leading food vendors. I would recommend Caleco Gourmet Concessions to any event that wants to please their customers!

To Whom It May Concern:

Caleco Gourmet Concessions has been a big hit at our festival. They had to skip the 2009 festival, and we had many comments asking where they were and if they were coming back. We are happy they are returning in 2010.

Chris and Tae have been a pleasure to work with, and are very professional. Their booth is always clean and the food is always delicious. We’ve always had good comments on their professionalism, quality of food, and service. I would absolutely recommend them for any event; they will do a great job.

Sincerely,

I have worked a number of times with Caleco Gourmet Concessions and find them to have a clean, efficient, and honest operation. The food is well prepared, very tasty, and extremely popular at our events.

I would highly recommend this food service.

food to festival goers in 4 states. As we are getting a little older, we have traded in the tents for a trailer and
modified our menu quite a bit, but we still offer fresh, home made foods for our customers.
