Chris and Tae Calentine have been in the food business for over 30 years. Chris & Tae together operated several restaurants in NW Indiana for many years. Chris has extensive knowledge in the meat cutting business having operated several retail operations and plant operations over the years. About 10 years ago they decided to take their knowledge and love of food and cooking on the road . . . . and they never looked back..........
